The Seguin River Monsters have exceeded their goal for season ticket packages in their 2022 Inaugural Season in the Texas Collegiate League. According to the CEO, Mike Gigliotti, the River Monsters were hoping to sell around 120-150 season tickets for the 2022 season. "We had our eyes set on a conservative number of around 120-150 season ticket holders and we were very excited when we surpassed our goal and doubled our estimate. The community of Seguin is very strong and they love baseball. We are excited to bring premier baseball this summer to Smokey Joe Williams Field"
Season Ticket holders will be receiving their tickets by US Mail on or before May 25th, 2022. The season ticket folder will include coupons for concessions, merchandise, a pocket schedule and an invitation to a closed media day with the players. The season will begin May 31, as the Seguin River Monsters hit the road to Victoria and face the Generals, a team that has been a strong hold in the Texas Collegiate League for a decade. The River Monsters will then have their season home opener June 1, hosting the Baton Rouge Rougarou. Tickets are still on sale and can be purchased at seguinrivermonsters.com/tickets
